La Playa Alumni Scholarship

At La Playa Cooperative Nursery School, we believe the foundation built in early childhood carries forward for a lifetime. For decades, our play-based, cooperative preschool has supported families in Culver City and nurtured confident, curious learners.

To honor that lasting impact, we are proud to offer the La Playa Alumni Scholarship — a one-time $500 award for former La Playa students who are continuing their education.

About the Scholarship

This scholarship celebrates our alumni as they pursue higher education and reflects La Playa’s ongoing commitment to lifelong learning. It is open to former La Playa students who are currently enrolled in — or planning to enroll in — a college or post-secondary program. Applicants are not limited to high school seniors.

Eligibility

• Must have attended La Playa Cooperative Nursery School
• Must be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a college or post-secondary program

Award Details

• One-time scholarship award of $500
• Simple application including basic eligibility information and a short written response
